Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Senior Chef Manager to lead all front- and back-of-house dining operations within our corporate dining program. You will drive menu innovation, manage purchasing and inventory, and maintain strong labor and food cost controls to achieve financial objectives.

You will develop and coach a diverse team, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed while delivering an exceptional culinary experience for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years progressive culinary management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house food service operations to deliver a high-performing dining program.
• Drive menu innovation and oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost controls.
• Manage labor, food cost, and budgeting to meet business objectives.
• Develop team members through coaching, training and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation and quality standards.
