Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, etc.).
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to enhance their experience.
• Support the team during peak times and pitch in wherever needed.
• Adhere to DIG food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized station.
