Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner prep per guest orders following recipes and standards.
• Lead and motivate kitchen staff; ensure safety, cleanliness and quality.
• Maintain proper equipment operation and food cost controls.
• Rotate perishables, manage stock, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons’ rules and professional conduct.
