Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group seeks a seasoned Chef de Cuisine to lead a high-volume, upscale kitchen with a focus on outstanding guest experiences. The role requires passion for Asian flavors on an open flame grill and a track record of procuring top-quality ingredients to craft unforgettable dishes.

You will mentor staff, manage kitchen operations with the Executive Chef, and advocate Indigo Road’s Internal Hospitality to ensure memorable experiences for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Encourage staff development and promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals.
• Look after all aspects of the kitchen with the Executive Chef, including problem resolution and effective communication to get the job done.
• Ambassador for Indigo Road, authentically embrace Internal Hospitality and create memorable experiences through food.
