Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at the start of shift and prepare for duties.
• Supervise all checkout cashiers, assist in checkouts, resolve customer issues, and manage lanes.
• Perform special store level projects as assigned by the assistant store manager of customer experience.
• Serve as role model for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle front-end operations, customer service, and cash control as needed.
