The GIANT Company in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee customer service, scheduling, performance, and front-end operations. You will mentor cashiers, assist in checkouts, and ensure readiness of equipment and supplies to meet daily needs.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train team members, manage shifts, handle cash control, and resolve customer issues while maintaining safety and efficiency in a busy store.

Competenze

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements.
• Experience with front-end scheduling and checkout operations.
• At least 1 year of work experience or relevant training.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience with cash handling and computer register systems.

Mansioni

• Review daily schedule at shift start; prepare equipment and supplies and comply with PPE requirements.
• Supervise all checkout cashiers; assist in checkouts; resolve customer issues; manage lanes based on load.
• Perform store-level projects as assigned by the assistant store manager of customer experience.
• Serve as role model for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Other duties related to front-end operations, customer service, team members, cash control, productivity, shrink and food safety.
