Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training
• Strong knowledge and skills in training, communications, human relations, team building, planning, and organization
• Demonstrates leadership and positive attitude; maintains high energy and urgency
• Exhibits strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Supervise all checkout cashiers and assist in checkouts; manage lanes based on customer load.
• Perform store level projects as assigned by the assistant store manager of customer experience.
• Serve as role model for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties related to front-end operations, customer service, team members, cash control, productivity, shrink and food safety.
