Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee all front-end operations, including customer service, scheduling, and safety. This role leads checkout teams, ensures efficient operations, and drives exceptional service across the store environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of related experience or technical training, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication of company policies and safety regulations.

• Must learn/use equipment and tools for job duties.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, follow PPE requirements.
• Supervise checkout cashiers, assist in checkouts, resolve customer issues, manage lanes.
• Perform store level projects as assigned by the assistant store manager of customer experience.
• Serve as role model for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle front-end operations, customer service, teamwork, cash control, productivity, shrink and food safety.
