Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a front-end team.
• Excellent communication, training, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules, performance, productivity, shrink, sanitation, and safety.
• Experience with checkout operations and cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Supervise checkout cashiers, assist in checkouts, resolve customer issues, and manage lanes based on demand.
• Lead store-level special projects as assigned by the assistant store manager of customer experience.
• Serve as a role model for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties related to front-end operations, customer service, team members, cash control, productivity, shrink, and food safety.
