Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training
• Demonstrates strong training, communications, human relations, team building, planning, and organization
• Exhibits leadership and coaching for front-end operations and customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Review shift start schedule and prep required equipment and PPE
• Supervise checkout cashiers and assist in checkouts; manage registers
• Perform store-level projects as directed by the store manager
• Model exceptional customer service for the team
• Handle front-end operations, cash control, and safety responsibilities
