Job summary

Waltzing Matilda Aviation is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage Bedford-based flights day-to-day. You will plan trips from quote to completion, crew them legally, and coordinate logistics for clients, owners, and crews.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work with the Chief Pilot, Maintenance, and Sales teams. The role requires familiarity with Part 91/135 regulations and strong attention to detail in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Part 135/91 charter or corporate flight operations
• Knowledge of Part 135 duty/rest rules
• Experience with flight scheduling software
• Strong communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate trips from quote to completion
• Crew scheduling within duty/rest limits
• Coordinate logistics with FBOs, fuel, hotels, and transportation
• Support flight following and dispatch per procedures
• Assist with compliance programs and post-trip records
