Job summary

Eastern Airlines is seeking a Charter Operations Specialist to manage the planning and execution of charter flights from origin to destination. You will coordinate ground handling, catering, permits, crew transportation and fueling in alignment with contract specs and schedule requirements.

The role requires strong FAA/TSA knowledge, excellent communication with clients and internal teams, and the ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple trips while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAA and TSA regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational point of contact for charter flights and be SME for charter operations.
• Set up ground handling, catering, landing permits, ground transportation and fueling at airports.
• Anticipate issues and develop contingency plans to maintain schedules and service quality.
