Job summary

Schubach Aviation in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Director of Charter Revenue to lead our charter sales organization. You will own total charter revenue, set targets, forecast performance, and drive a high-performing team, with a focus on data-driven pipeline management and broker relationships.

Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with leadership to expand market share, oversee CRM usage, and design client acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of jet charter sales experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and growing revenue targets.
• Deep command of the jet charter marketplace and Part 135 regulations.
• Strong CRM and pipeline management skills.
• Established relationships with brokers and wholesale charter partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's total charter revenue numbers, setting targets and tracking performance.
• Report revenue results, forecasts, and pipeline activity to the leadership team.
• Oversee the CRM, ensuring accurate data, clear pipeline visibility and consistent use across the sales team.
• Drive lead development efforts to build a steady pipeline of qualified charter prospects.
• Plan and execute client acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee and grow wholesale relationships with brokers and industry partners.
• Lead, coach and develop the charter sales team.
