Atlantic Air Charter in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a dynamic Operations & Charter Sales Representative. You’ll quote, book, and coordinate private charter trips, building strong client and broker relationships while ensuring seamless flight logistics and outstanding service.

The role blends sales, operations, and customer care, requiring adaptability to a 24/7 schedule and a hybrid on-site/remote work model. Prior private aviation exposure is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with charter software such as JetInsights is a plus.
• Organized, strategic, and able to pursue both inside and outside sales initiatives.
• Self-motivated with a passion for outstanding customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-detail environment under pressure.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends/on-call).

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to charter sales calls and emails as the first brand touchpoint.
• Generate quotes for private and corporate charter trips and pursue closing the sale.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and brokers.
• Coordinate trip logistics after booking: aircraft, crew, slots, routes; prepare folders and briefs; file international paperwork.
• Liaise with clients for special requests and schedule changes.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety/compliance teams to meet high standards.
• Support 24/7 charter operation with flexible hours and on-call support.
