Qualifications

• Requires proven experience managing technical client relationships and delivering client-focused technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of technical product solutions and ability to translate complex technical information for clients.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with client management tools and CRM software to track interactions and progress.
