Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking an Advanced Application Engineer to lead a team delivering high-quality solutions and technical expertise. You will report to the Sr Tech Supp Manager and work from the Fort Mill, SC location with a hybrid schedule.

Travel up to 15% and on-call nights/weekends are possible to support a 24X7 environment. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve complex issues and drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or support.
Experience with Android & iOS Application Development.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated skills developing and delivering trainings.

Responsibilities

Provide in depth pre- and post-sales technical assistance for internal and external customers, addressing complex issues.
Expedite timely resolutions to reduce case closure cycle times.
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to address high-severity requests.
Build relationships with partners and customers, keeping them updated on progress.
Develop robust communication practices focused on customer service and solution quality.
Contribute knowledge base content and enhance existing articles for known issues.
