Brady Corp in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service & Repair Technician II to help improve the reliability of our service operations and support customer retention. You will follow instructions, perform tests, repairs, and configurations with minimal supervision, apply safety protocols, and collaborate with a team to meet quality goals.

Applicants should have an associate degree or technical certification, 1–3 years of experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience with CMMS or similar

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in service and repair technician roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with CMMS or similar software.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and execute tasks such as test, repair/replace parts, and final configuration with minimal supervision.
• Meet output requirements and stated goals.
• Interpret and execute service instructions with moderate ability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
