Singh Management in Charlotte, NC seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a consultant to management and staff on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and training. You will shield organizational goals with best HR practices and deliver hands‑on coaching to staff to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing development.

The role requires partnering with leaders, handling investigations, coordinating background checks, and supporting orientation across our Charlotte communities.

• Knowledge of employment practices and laws (FMLA, FLSA, etc.).
• Discretion handling sensitive information and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Develops relationships with managers and associates to deliver HR services
• Partner with leadership for thorough investigations
• Screen and refer qualified applicants; collect work history and salary requirements
• Complete background checks and assist onboarding including I-9
• Oversee LMS communications and reporting (Relias)
• Communicate HR items to associates (Open Enrollment, 401(k), performance reviews)
• Process terminations and status changes in UKG HRIS
• Oversee monthly orientation for new associates
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers
• Identify training needs and develop targeted content
• Assist with annual performance reviews and HRIS questions
• Assist communities with onboarding and assimilation strategies
• Develop and administer associate recognition programs
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
• Explain company policies to managers and staff
• Grow knowledge across HR areas (leave, benefits, workers' comp)
• Handle other duties as assigned
