Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least five years of professional human resources experience, including supervisory duties. They will also engage in training and compliance efforts as well as various HR projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional human resources experience including public sector.
• Experience in supervising others and managing complex HR issues.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., IPMA-CP, SHRM-CP) are preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations programs across departments.
• Collaborate with leaders to support HR objectives.
