Job summary

Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our memory care team. You will work with a supportive DON, ADON, and clinical staff to provide compassionate resident care and maintain accurate medical records.

We offer 12-hour shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a) and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment. If you are passionate about geriatric care and growing your skills, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in memory care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Consulting with physicians to evaluate residents and assist in planning nursing services.
• Leading and supporting the care team to grow professionally and improve resident outcomes.
• Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting for assigned residents.
