Qualifications

• Two to four years of progressive nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Rehabilitation nursing knowledge preferred.
• RN licensure in NC or GA as stated in posting.

Responsabilités

• Unit Management - organize and manage the unit to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Prepare shift assignments based on staff education, experience, and patient acuity.
• Monitor unit activities to ensure timely and appropriate task completion.
• Collaborate with supervisors/director to adjust schedules for safe, consistent unit operation.
• Receive and record calls for staff absences in the absence of staff.
• Supervise and delegate patient care; notify physician or supervisor as patient conditions change.
