Qualifications

• Current Licensure as a professional registered nurse by the State of North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unit management and staff assignment per acuity and education.
• Monitor and adjust staffing for safe, quality patient care.
• Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide patient care leadership and professional nursing supervision.
• Document and communicate changes in patient condition and care plans.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
