Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating admissions/discharges, and ensuring adherence to rehabilitation nursing standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in NC or equivalent state.
• Current CPR certification.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage unit operations to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Coordinate shift assignments based on staff education, experience, and patient acuity.
• Monitor unit activities and adjust staffing for safe, efficient care.
• Provide supervision and delegation of patient care; notify physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient care records and compliance with policies.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed.
