Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dedicated care team in Mansfield, TX. You’ll work under the guidance of the DON and clinical staff to deliver high-quality resident care and evaluate needs as residents’ conditions change.

Must hold an active LPN/LVN or RN license, in good standing with the State Board of Nursing, and be committed to growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Team player who supports others and puts residents first.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Consulting with the physician regarding resident evaluation and assisting in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow professionally and supporting career development.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of health issues.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents (forms, reports, charting, etc.).
