Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate LVN/LPN or RN to join Springtown Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Springtown, TX on a day shift. You will work under the guidance of the DON and the clinical nurse team to provide high-quality resident care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and administrative duties, including chart reviews, forms, and coordination with medical staff. A valid Texas nursing license is required; full-time hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
