Job summary

Pilgrim Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our skilled care team. You will work closely with the Medical Director and physicians to support comprehensive resident care and ensure accuracy in documentation and charting.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Passion for serving residents and delivering compassionate care.
• Able to work effectively as part of a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician on resident care plans.
• Consulting with physicians on resident evaluation and assisting nursing leadership in planning services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and skills within the unit.
• Examining residents and records to identify early signs of health changes.
• Completing medical forms, reports, evaluations and charting for assigned residents.
