College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a motivated Charge Nurse to join our caring team. You will work under an amazing DON, supportive ADON, and skilled clinical staff to provide world-class care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Team player who cares for residents and collaborates with a diverse clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and supporting professional development.
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
• Performing administrative duties regarding residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting.
