Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an LPN/LVN to join a dedicated nursing team in Allen, Texas. You will work under guidance from the DON and collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physicians to plan and provide nursing services for residents.

Responsibilities include medical chart reviews, resident evaluations, and administrative duties, with a focus on professional growth and team support in a changing care environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and director of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Consulting with physician on resident evaluation and assisting the DON in nursing service planning.
• Helping the team grow by supporting staff development and career growth.
• Examining residents and records to identify normal vs. abnormal findings.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents (forms, reports, charting).
