Job summary

PMG OPCO - GREENVILLE LLC is seeking a motivated LVN/RN to join our dedicated care team in Greenville, Texas. You will work under the guidance of an outstanding DON, alongside a supportive ADON and a skilled clinical staff, delivering compassionate resident care.

You are a team player who cares deeply about residents and their well-being, with a goal of professional growth, whether advancing toward an RN role or enhancing daily patient care. Current licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LVN/RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Desire to serve residents and grow professionally within a great team.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with physician about resident evaluations and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and improve resident care.
• Examining resident records to identify early signs of problems and ensure timely intervention.
• Performing administrative duties related to residents, such as charting and reporting.
