Maison Nico in San Francisco is seeking a motivated Charcuterie Intern to learn the craft of French charcuterie and gain hands-on experience in pâté en croûte, terrines, and other charcuterie specialties.

You will assist with preparation and production, support ingredient prep and portioning, keep the kitchen clean and sanitary, and follow food-safety procedures while working with a small, enthusiastic team.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with team members in English.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary arts, hospitality, or related program.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preparation and production of charcuterie products.
• Support with ingredient preparation, portioning, and basic kitchen tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
