Qualifications

• This is a guest-facing role requiring clear English communication.
• Ability to lift 1–20 pounds regularly and push up to 25 pounds.
• Stock/restock items reaching up to two feet above shoulder height.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests a memorable experience in line with Brand Standards.
• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace alongside teammates.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of pâté en croûte, Viennoiserie, and Pastry.
• Show genuine interest in guests' experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare beverages: espresso, milk steaming, coffee making.
• Sweep and mop floors; open wine bottles and pour wine.
• Bus tables and manage light packaging tasks.
