Job summary

KEJ Collective LLC, operating Charcuteria, seeks a FOH Specialist to craft boards and guide guests through product selections. You will support the Charcuterie Counter, Retail Floor, and Evening Service, ensuring warm hospitality and accurate preparation.

The role requires passion for food, wine, and guest education, with experience in charcuterie techniques and customer service. Flexibility to rotate across stations and assist events is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on charcuterie experience including rosette/rose folds and cheese cutting techniques.
• Experience with counter service, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Comfortable using POS systems; Toast experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn wine pairing basics and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build charcuterie boards to spec using the 3-3-3-3 rule and reference guide techniques.
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and BYO orders during the 10 AM–3 PM window.
• Guide guests through QR-based ordering, menu and pairing suggestions.
• Staff the Retail Floor/Market and maintain stock with FIFO rotation.
