Job summary

Verkada is seeking a seasoned Channel Solutions Engineer with experience in Physical Security, IoT, Networking, Video Surveillance, and Access Control. The role enables Verkada’s channel partners on our hybrid cloud approach, serving as a trusted technical advisor for partner solutions and integrations.

The position drives technical enablement, develops joint solution architectures with partners, and expands Verkada’s market reach.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Architect roles, preferably in a channel-facing capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited university.
Strong background in IT infrastructure and network security fundamentals.
Proven track record in enterprise SE or channel SE roles.
Experience designing and launching programs with partner organizations.

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter authority on Verkada’s product suite for reseller partners.
Drive revenue growth through technical enablement with top strategic partners.
Own and develop relationships with technical pre-sale teams of top partners.
Partner with Channel Sales Managers to ensure partner engineers advocate for Verkada.
Develop business strategies around use cases and verticals for top partners.
Stay up to date on PhySec and IoT industry and represent Verkada at conferences.
Travel regularly (>50%) domestically and internationally.
