Verkada is seeking a National Channel Sales Manager - Convergint (North East) to scale our reach by developing and managing the region's most strategic physical security integrator nationally. You will drive net new business through the channel, build pipeline, and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable growth.

This IC role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to expand Verkada’s national presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of physical security sales or partner management experience with physical security integrators.
• Experience with Convergint is highly preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building across partner ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Drive Net New Pipeline with Convergint and co-sell high-value opportunities.
• Execute National Channel Strategy and manage a focused partner plan for the territory.
• Train partner executives and sales teams on Verkada’s portfolio and programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive joint activities and campaigns.
• Lead regular business reviews with partners to track performance and opportunities.
• Influence partner sales teams and program offerings based on field insights.
• Lead regional in-person and virtual events to grow brand awareness and relationships.
• Own the full lifecycle of partner engagement in the region, including onboarding and revenue realization.
