Job summary

Verkada Inc. is seeking a seasoned Channel Solutions Engineer to enable and train channel partners on our hybrid cloud physical security platform. The role combines deep technical expertise with sales acumen to drive partner success, alliances, and market reach.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor for Verkada’s partners, owning pre-sale relationships, architecting joint solutions, and driving technical enablement across IT and security stakeholders. The position involves extensive travel.

Qualifications

6+ years as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect, preferably channel facing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, or IT Security.
Strong background in IT infrastructure and network security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Be the subject matter authority on Verkada products and articulate value to reseller partners.
Drive revenue growth through technical enablement with top strategic partners.
Own and develop relationships with technical pre-sale teams of top partners.
Partner with Channel Sales Managers to ensure partner engineers advocate Verkada.
Understand industry value-added services and attachment in the Partner ecosystem (IT Resellers, Physical Security Integrators, Installers).
Develop business strategies around use cases, verticals, and applications for top partners.
Attend and present at strategic industry and partner conferences; provide market thought leadership.
Travel regularly, estimated >50% of the time, domestically and internationally.
