Job summary

Fortress Perimeter Solutions in Garland, TX or remote within the region seeks a Project Manager to coordinate customer initiatives, orders, and cross-functional activities. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or building industry.
• Experience in inside sales, customer coordination, project management, or order management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to design and execute a sales plan while coordinating customer projects.
• Driven personality with a 'winning' attitude.
• Must be a team player with dedication to Fortress Perimeter Solutions' success.
• CRM experience.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of coordination for customer projects and sales-driven initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams for on-time delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by supporting Fortress Fence products through distributor and contractor channels.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and support sales initiatives while tracking competitive intelligence and market trends.
• Follow-up and coordinate inbound leads.
• Communicate product updates and project status clearly to distributors, contractors, builders, and decision makers.
• Participate in regional calls and trade shows, and report activity to the Channel Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate CRM and internal documentation; identify process improvements.
