Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to drive payroll, HR, and compliance solutions for small businesses. You will generate new business through referrals and outbound outreach while building trusted relationships with CPAs and clients.

You will manage a fast-paced sales cycle, conduct high-volume activity, and own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals—with ambitious growth potential within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
