Paychex is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales professional to help small businesses manage payroll, HR, benefits, and compliance through trusted partnerships and a full sales lifecycle.

You will generate new business with referral partners and CPAs, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and own the end-to-end process from prospecting to closing deals. This early-career role rewards hustle, resilience, and coachability in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
