Job summary

Paychex is seeking an entry-level channel sales professional in Houston to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You will build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos while selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

You’ll manage a fast-paced sales cycle and own the process from prospecting to closing deals, with uncapped earning potential and a comprehensive rewards program that recognizes performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1-2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.

Education
