Job summary

Paychex is seeking an early-career sales professional to own channel-driven growth by building trusted relationships with referral partners and small business clients in the Pittsburgh area.

You will manage a fast‑paced sales cycle, execute high‑volume activity, and close deals across payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for rapid skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Demonstrates integrity, service, innovation, teamwork, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
