Paychex is expanding its Channel Sales team in the United States. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, building relationships with bankers and current clients to win new logos.

You will manage a fast-paced, 1–2 week sales cycle, selling payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance. This role emphasizes relationship-building and end-to-end deal ownership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
