Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an entry-level Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. • At least 1 year of experience in a sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full prospecting-to-closing process.
