Job summary

Paychex is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You’ll build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos, while managing a fast-paced sales cycle and owning the full process from prospecting to closing.

You’ll sell a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, with uncapped earning potential and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
