Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to drive new business with referral partners, CPAs, and existing clients in a high-volume environment. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and help clients access payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
