Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an early-career Channel Sales professional to generate new business via referral partners and outbound outreach in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos, while maintaining high-volume activity to grow the pipeline.

The role requires 1–5 years of relevant experience, the ability to work in a quota-driven setting, and a strong drive.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/marketing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
