Job summary

Paychex is seeking a channel sales professional in the United States to drive growth with referral partners and CPAs. You will build relationships, generate new logos, and execute high-volume daily activity to fuel a robust sales pipeline.

You will sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions, managing a fast-paced sales cycle and owning the end-to-end process from prospecting to closing with small business owners.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales capacity.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Sales experience and CRM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
