Channel Sales focuses on helping 1–99 employee businesses by building trusted relationships with partners and clients, driving new logos through outbound outreach and referrals, and managing a fast-paced sales cycle to close deals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.
• Resilience, drive, and competitive motivation.
• Coachability and ability to quickly apply feedback.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with bankers and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
