Qualifications

• 1–5 years in relevant sales/marketing roles.
• Comfort with high activity and fast cycles.
• Demonstrated drive, resilience and motivation.
• Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly.
• Experience working toward goals or quotas and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business via referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and clients to drive logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity to build pipeline.
• Sell payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Own full process from prospecting to closing deals.
