Paychex is seeking an energetic Channel Sales professional to help small businesses succeed with payroll, HR, and compliance solutions. You will build relationships with referral partners and CPAs, drive new logos, and maintain a high-volume outreach cadence.

You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while leveraging Paychex’s suite of services and partner network to accelerate growth for 1–99 employee businesses.

Formación

• Early-career sales professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Comfort with high activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes.
• Resilience, drive, and competitive motivation.
• Coachability and ability to quickly apply feedback.
• Experience working toward goals or quotas and leadership experience (e.g., clubs, teams, or student organizations).

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
