Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. Channel Sales at Paychex focuses on small businesses, building relationships with referral partners and clients to drive new logos in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers uncapped earning potential with commissions, paid training, and strong growth opportunities within a high-growth sales team.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a sales/marketing role.
• H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Comfort with high activity and fast cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with CPAs and clients to drive new logos.
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline.
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance.
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners.
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals.
